GlobalReg is a business intelligence platform providing comparative data on company registration jurisdictions across 190+ countries. The Service includes interactive maps, data tables, country profiles, scoring algorithms, and analytical tools available through free and paid subscription tiers.

The information provided on GlobalReg is for research and general informational purposes only. It does NOT constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Tax laws, company registration requirements, and regulations change frequently and vary by jurisdiction. 4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Data Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy and update information regularly. However, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current. Each country profile includes a “Last Verified” date to indicate data freshness. Users should independently verify critical information.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, data compilations, scoring algorithms, design elements, and software on GlobalReg are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the platform; share account credentials; attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions; use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the platform's operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalReg and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on information provided on the platform.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
